max payne crack not working?

i just downloaded the maxpayne version 1.0.5 crack and does anyone know how to get it to work?

Right most NO-CD cracks, Backups come in a zipped form, ie: Winzip, Winrar, & winace. You will need to unzip the Nocd, after you unzip it you should be left with an Icon, just like the one you originally get on yr desktop when you fist install your game. Then you need to goto your C: drive & locate the folder where your Maxx Payne game Icon is there usally is too of them one is a Jpeg icon the other is the .exe Icon, copy and past the exe. icon into another folder for backup purposes (just in case this one goes pear-shape).

Now go back to where you unzipped your no-cd crack, then copy & paste it into the folder, where the exe icon is; it will ask you if you want to replace the one in there already you say yes, then place the new exe Icon on your desktop.

Job done, now you can play the game without using the CD all the time.
