unreal 2 wont install

hey yall

i bought unreal 2 and went to install it. all was gonna fine till about 86% and it came up wit sum error and now wen i put in the cd to install again, the install button is all greyed out :confused: and itll go to install and come up wit this error

An installation support file could not be installed

Catastrophic error

any help will be greately appreciated :D

go to Add / Remove programs in control panel and check if you can uninstall the game there
