Help Needed (Backup for Unreal 2)

Thanks to Spy 005 for his reply to my question but i am still somewhat in the dark. As far as i know this is what i do.

I install the crack located on this website (the Backup CD Crack with the appropriate version number). Then.... as far as i know i install the crack like i would install a no-cd crack. Then i select the folder in which Unreal 2 is contained (including setup and everything else) and back it up, Nero seems to take care of this for me. Im looking for the simplest way to do this and would appreciate any help before i attempt the burning.

Wait, are you trying to burn the CD itself? Or are you trying to burn something else?
What you have to do, is this:

1) First, make a 1:1 copy of the original CD
2) Install the game (I recommend installing the game from the original, and playing from the copy)
3)Once done, apply the crack in the game folder on the HDD, and overwrite the original exe (I also recommend you copy the original exe to some other place on the HDD just for in case)
4)Have fun playing the game :)

you can also make a crack folder on the cd

but don't apply crack and then burn

cause you will need the original exe if you update later
