Y does the server list take so long to come ,its get to like 87 servers out of 2000 then slows down ,yet other games running the quake 3 engine like jk2 sof2 retrive the servers quick ,how do i make quake 3 do it quick

Also where does it say game type 4 quake 3

Its not the game, its your connect. It only takes a few seconds to refresh the server list for me.

but i set it to dsl in options , i think maybe i will reinstall it cos it was fine be 4 i took it off

Which version are you running? Bah, DSL is pretty good, but you could do better;)

Latest version ,but the thing is it retrives like 80 servers fast then just slows right down :(
