Cant download

I tryed to download some of the gmae fixes for pc and it wont work. Can you help me with this?

Disable any d/l managers you have, DAP, Getright, Gozilla. then you should be OK

yer i heard of this problem before thanks:) . But i have a fresh install of windows xp and there is no Download products installed
