Need Help NOW!!!!!

I need someone to tell me how to (Start the game with the commandline parameter console. eg C:Vampirevampire.exe console. Then during gameplay in Single Player Mode press and type any of the following "Codes") It's for a game of mine and I don't know how to do it :doh:

it would be better if u mention the game.. anyway see if this helps
go to Start menu and click Run.
In the box there get the file name u want to launch ( i.e. the game) by clicking on browse. after that type whatever commandline parameter u want.
when u get into the game after this just press the tilda key ( the one above the tab key) and u will get the console.

If there is a SHORTCUT to the game on the desktop, right click it, and at the end of where it says what file it is accessing, type the command line...
