Game Memory editors.....

Dear all,
I am kinda new here so forgive me if I seem to have said something wrong or offensive. But I have a favor to ask of you all. I once used this game memory editor called gamehack and it works great but ever since I upgraded to Windows XP, it doesn't work and it have been ages since Game Hack was being updated.
So my question is, is there any programs out there just as good as GameHack with the exception that it works in Windows XP? Any help offered will be greatly appreciated.... Thanz..

Thanz for the tip. Oh by the way, I tried GameWz before. Not very good as it cannot find most attributes like game hack. Thanz a lot, I will check out Winhex. Ever heard of a tinkerbell? I was once told it works like gamehack or soemthing like that...
