There is no crack for deluxe... but this problem (and it's solution) has been discussed in the forums. Just do a search for it.

And if you are really that desperate, play from the original CD untill you find the solution.

Just install any other Sim game and use that nocd crack.

Or make a cd image and mount with virtual drive (Alcohol software)
