Just curious, in nero when burning a data disc.Whats Joliet ??
Do you have to have it ticked ? , or can you have it unticked ?
Unticked will burn the disc using ISO9660 ,whats the difference with ISO9660 and Joliet ?
Long File Names, CD File Systems, and MenuMaker
When burning your MenuMaker menus onto a CD, it is important to note what kind of file system you are using for your CD since incorrectly formatted files will cause your MenuMaker menu to not work correctly. Overall, there are 2 file type systems that you can choose from: ISO9660 and Joliet.
ISO9660 File System
ISO9660 is a multiplatform file system that is globally compatible, but limited in capabilities. In the ISO9660 file system, your files may not contain more than 8 alphanumeric characters, or the underline (_) key. Additionally, your file name extension may not have more than 3 characters.
Joliet File System
The Joliet file system allows you greater versatility in your filenames, but limited compatibility with other platforms such as Unix, DOS, etc.. Joliet allows up to 64 characters for your filenames and also allows spaces. In general, whenever possible, it is recommended to use Joliet as your file system, whenever possible.
The Problem with Long File Names, the ISO9660 File System and MenuMaker
If you have the ISO9660 file system selected for burning your CDs, your filenames for the files included in your MenuMaker menu must meet the requirements of that file system. If your files do not meet the requirements and they are too long, the names will automatically be truncated or changed to meet the requirements of the file system.
In Conclusion
Overall, if your file names are changed or modified this can prevent MenuMaker from functioning properly since the files that MenuMaker searches for are apparently no longer there because they were renamed. Therefore, to ensure that MenuMaker is able to correctly open your files, be sure to properly name your files, to accommodate your selected file system, before creating your MenuMaker menu.

So when compiling a data disc to be used on a pc, its best to have joliet ticked as it gives greater versatility ,the onlt thing i dont like is it wont let you have more then 14 characters in the disc's title.
