Hey,

On Enter the Matrix i get this erroer message when i install cd2:

I've only seen this error once before. I am assuming that you are installing from a COPY, and not the ORIGINAL CD. Am I right?

well, yes but i have purchesed the game, my brothers had it in Atlanta.

That's what I figured. I'll assume another thing, tell me if I'm right. Was this copy made using the 'Twinpeaks' tool?

My suggestion is that you Re Burn the Cd using Nero or CDRWIN or CLONECD.

You should also burn the Cd on your hard drive in a .bin formatt or a .iso formatt and burn it back on using a .cue file :)

Yea, y'all burned the cd wrong, used the wrong program, or burned it too fast.

It sounds like it is. Unfortunately, you'll need to get your hands on the ORIGINAL CD again to make another copy. The weird thing is, if it is the problem I think it is, you should come across that error on the PLAY CD, not CD # 2. Unless your brother patched CD # 2 as well. CRC errors are usually 'bad' copies, OR that your CD-ROM drive is picky & doesn't like the patch it is reading. (To put it in easier to understand terms) ;)

Listen, if you brother used the Twinpeaks tool, he just needs to use it on the PLAY CD. The other 3 CDs can be copied 'normally'.

However, he may also need to make an 'extra' copy of the PLAY CD WITHOUT patching it with Twinpeaks. This 'unpatched' PLAY CD will be used for INSTALL, and the 'patched' version will be used to PLAY.
