And i get to about the end of the process and it stops. i view what i have re-encoded and i get no audio or or it's not syncronized. Can anyone help many thanx in advance...

Are you trying to make it DVD compliant, or are you trying to make a DVD VCD?

(DVD VCD - more than one video file on a dvd, viewable on standalonw dvd player)

(DVD compliant - standard dvd format, .vob files, etc)

Check out www.dvdrhelp.com

Did you download it from a website called www.divx.com. I already have it and I know how to do it. You can get the info about how to do it in the DivX "Readme". This also a good programme.
