Hey all,

Ok, I wanted to ask something. And no I am NOT asking for a bios file since that probobly is a no no here.

Anyways, I am going to be using "epsxe" to play my ps1 games. The Faq says it needs a bios to work, which I am aware of. It says that ePSXe has been mainly tested with the SCPH-1001 and the SCPH-7502 BIOS files, which are therefor the BIOS files we mostly recommend.

SO what I wanted to know is between those versions, what is the difference? Is one newer or better than the other? Is there one that I should use over the other and if so why? Hope to hear some info back. Thanks.

The best PS1 bios is scph7502.bin in my opinion. If you like to play a lot of Jap games, then you should use scph7502 but scph1001 is very good as well.
