WC3 plugin for CS

Does anyone know where i can find a readme of some sort for the Warcraft 3 plugin for counterstrike. I have the plugin but i dont have the readme and i would like to know the commands/controls.

Does any1 know if there is a site for this plugin? and if so, where?
