Hello all,

Ok a while back I had an awesome emulator that played ps1 cds just like bleem except it would play basicly any Ps1 game you would through at it were as bleem! wouldn't . This emulator also played image files and iso's so they didn't have to be csd. You could use pc game pads and you could set the game res to 1600X1200 with aa and 32bit color ect. They look awesome. But like I said, I lost it.

So what I am looking for is some Emulator that plays Ps1 cds that is VER Y STABLE, not crashing all the time and will run G R E A T on Windows XP. I have two Logitech Wingman Rumble Pads that I would like to be able to use also.

Any info on which is the best and some web links would be great. Thanks.

I've heard that ePSXe is a great emulator that plays PS1 CDs, and is really stable.

You'd need a BIOS... for ePSXe

Also try and do a search for Connectrix's Virtual Game Station (VGS)

it's been discontinued for a while but you can get it if you look hard enough. It's free, too! :)
