Life without the television is quite impossible to imagine. I would be walkin around the house looking like a zombie, not knowing what to do to kill time:cry2:

I watch TV about once every 2 weeks now, so it wouldn't be much different:)

no doubt, i prefer to partake an active role in my entertianment(for the no-so-brigt-ones i play games) no sit around watch some stupid sitcom that isn't even funny. friends is a classic example, i just wish company had left the internet alone when it came to advertising, there we days when only intelligent poeple can use the net, now.. any dumbass can click a mouse, even if you know zero about computers, I LONG FOR THE GOOD OLE DAYS! :D

I don't watch that much T.V anyway. I think street crime would drop, maybe it would a good idea, but radio has to stay for the news and you can't stop music. :)

there is nothing bad with consoles, but i just prefer computers.
I mean that people would not loose time watching FRIEND or ER

As long as i have my computer with games and internet it shouldn't be too boring. But i'd start to miss my Tv after a while...
what if they never came out with ps2 or xbox and other console but boring old tv?

yeah...no tv is no biggie.... as long as i have my pc..... but if no tv and no pc.... then ill start worrying and wondering what to do.

if we diding have tv then it wudnt matter cos we wudnt no what tv wud be so we'd just do what wud be natural and we wudnt even thing about a "TV" and if there wasnt and they invented it then we'd be shocked to see what it wud be like lol like when TV came out all them years ago lol...

I dunno... TV kinda sucks... i mean, the only good show in the entire world is the simpsons and that is starting to suck too... even ESPN is starting to suck just cuz they never show sports they show elderly men argueing over football teams and the same crap over and over again!
My PC gives me the entertainment I need. I could DEFINATELY live a life without TV and I could DEFINATELY live without video game consoles (hell yes but i would jump off a cliff and die on impact if i didnt have my computer games). So, in short, I would not really matter accept for the simpsons, which i will be able to get off Hotline anywayz. As long as two things get shut down with it: KaZaA and Consoles.

hey i havent had a tv for about a year now and is a lot easier to get stuff done plus its a bunch of lies and political biases any ways. get rid of your tv and become a computer junky like me

secondly, I think that tv would be QUITE EASY now. I just got a TV tuner card, so I could watch cable WITHOUT A TV! Something to think about for some of us computer nerds that want a good and quality way out of a 700 dollar tv ;)

Hmm .. doubt that I would miss TV anyway .. generally only use it for the news or to watch a DVD on :)

but seriously, if tv had never been invented would we have the crt monitor? can u be sure we would have come uo with the idea of getting data from computers by visual interface and not just stuck with print outs?

well my dads friends and my parents said that they went out with friends quite often because they did not have a tv wasnt what we would do now??? or sit down and play pc lol :D
