Help!!No sound in cut sequences in max payne

this is the real game not a downloaded/burnt one...The sound during the game is fine its just that there is no sound during the cut sequences..Is there something i can dl to fix this..I aready download a patch by the way

Did you do a full install? are u using a crack? check the sound settings in the window that comes up b4 u start the game
