i have just instaled soft iamge and when i try to run the soft.exe file its an error that says:
"soft(SI_TOOLS: Cannot connect to license server.
The server (lmgrs has not been started yet, or the wrong port@host or licens file is being used, or the port or hostname in the licens file has been changed.

Licens pathe:
FLEXIm erro: -15,10. system error: 10061 "winsock: Connection refused"

i have no idea off whats happinig:(
