need help with max payne!!

I am somewhat new to computers and i need to know how do i use this cheat?

I have no idea what it is telling me and how to do it??

Make a shortcut for the game then right click and where it says target add -developer to the end of the line.Then start the game with the shorcut and press F12 in game to get the console and type the cheats :).

Yes type in - developer at the end of the command line.

No,no space between - and devolper.It should look like this

Drive letter\<LOCATION OF GAME>\Maxpayne.exe -developer

I moved my max payne file to my other hardrive to play it and no i can't find my saved games when i try to play it????

The save games should be in a folder called Saved Games, something.

Copy that folder.

I found the file and am able to start the game with the saved games.

The only problem is that i must open up the saved games file and start it form there or the game won't find it?

How do i fix this so that i can start it from the short cut and do the developer thing??
