NEO GEO emulator for Windows XP

I would like to know if there is an Neo Geo emulator that runs on Windows XP and any sites that have got roms for the Neo Geo:clap:

you could try www.neoragex.com , the v7 hack works fine in xp.

mame (www.mame.net) also runs neo stuff.

you'll also need the neo bios, look on google for it.

I don't remember any working sites for roms though.

It's pages aren't english but the material is.
Mainly Arcade Emulation and such.
