need help removing crack

hey

I'm having trouble with metal gear solid 2 substance for pc, i had it working for a while but it's suddenly gone down the pan again, the textures are all blocked out and when in codec mode you can't see any faces??? i've applied a crack to it so that may b the trouble so ne1 know how to remove cracks once they've been applied??

how did you put teh crack in? like a regular crack where you paste over? a way to get the original .exe back is to simply re-install OR if you made a copy of teh exe BEFORE applying teh crack you can just paste the original back (if you have it) if not you have to re-install
