Emulation is (these days anyway) running software on one system which was designed for another...

Essentially you're making your machine behave like another.

SNES is Super Nintendo.

So a Snes emulator will make your pc think it's a Snes....Et voila...you can play snes games on your pc...

Well to answer your question.... GTA: Vice City is coming out for PC in May in the US, so a little longer probably for Australia, but it is coming out.

BUt the bad thing about it is that emulators like visualboy advance requrie and good computer or its going to run garbage on your computer.
